All in-stock orders are shipped from Central Wisconsin and will generally take no more than 3-4 business days to ship anywhere in the Continental United States. We attempt to ensure that all items listed on our website are in-stock, however, due to our ever-changing inventory, items may go out-of-stock without notice. Non-stock items will be ordered from the manufacturer provided the item is current and still available. Non-stock items will ship directly to the customer from the manufacturer when "drop-shipping" is available. If the manufacturer does not provide "drop-shipping" the item will first be shipped to us and then shipped to the customer. If an item needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, the customer will be notified prior to payment and shipment of product, if additional shipping time is required. Drop shipments will ship separately from in-stock items ordered.
There is a flat rate of $15.oo S/H for all orders under $150.00. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150*. Most orders will ship via UPS Ground shipping. Orders shipping to WI, MN, ND, SD, NE, and IL may be shipped via Spee-Dee Delivery Services.

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.
Please Note: Due to export restrictions that some manufacturers enforce on retailers, not all products are available for shipment outside of the United States. As an example, Callaway and Bauer products are not able to be shipped to a freight forwarder per their export policies. If an order has already been placed for a restricted product, a Customer Service Rep will contact you. Duty, Taxes and Customs
Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.
Shipping oversized or heavy items such as Leg Pads, Wheel Bags, Goals or Pucks(cases) cost extra. Oversized Items DO NOT qualify for our Free Shipping promotion.
All orders that are processed prior to 2pm CST will usually ship the same business day provided all items are in stock. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. FedEx and Spee-Dee provide scheduled daily pick-ups Monday-Friday. All packages are delivered on regular business days(Mon.-Fri.) excluding holidays, unless Saturday Delivery is requested(additional charges may apply). Orders placed after store hours on Friday or orders placed on the Weekend will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Customer will receive tracking information via email on all orders shipped from us when using Fed Ex or Spee-Dee services. There is no tracking available on orders shipped using United States Postal Service.

If you plan to ship to a different location then listed on your billing we now require you to send us a copy of your driver's license and credit card to firstname.lastname@example.org
